2.3 Analytics & Advertising Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors find and use our website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. They are only set with your explicit consent (the “Analytics” category in our cookie banner).
When enabled, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies (stored for up to 90 days) to measure conversions from our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. With your consent we also share a limited set of event data — including your hashed email address, IP address and browser user-agent — with Meta Platforms, Inc. via Meta’s Conversions API, so we can attribute sign-ups and subscriptions to the ads you saw and improve ad delivery. We similarly use the TikTok Pixel, which sets the _ttp cookie, to measure conversions from our advertising on TikTok. With your consent we share the same kind of limited, hashed event data with TikTok (ByteDance) via TikTok’s Events API for conversion attribution and ad optimisation. This data may be transferred internationally; see TikTok’s privacy policy for details.
2.4 Marketing Cookies
The Meta and TikTok pixels described in section 2.3 are also advertising technologies: with your consent they let us measure and optimise our campaigns on those platforms and may be used to show you more relevant ads. You can decline by choosing “Reject Non-Essential” or by disabling the Analytics category in our cookie banner. We do not otherwise sell your personal data or use cookies for unrelated third-party advertising.
